Seeking a Retreat?
Our sponsored retreat programs created in cooperation with well-qualified presenters, reflect our mission. The retreats provide opportunities for the personal and spiritual growth of each person who comes to our sacred grounds.
Retreat Topics & Times
Topics are inspirational, spiritual and religious in nature, and include spiritual growth, contemplation and meditation, 12-Step recovery, and art, writing and music. Longer retreats may be guided, silent, or contemplative and often include daily meetings with a spiritual director.
We offer a variety of day, evening, weekend, and extended overnight retreats.

Are you looking for spiritual direction?
From time to time we all feel the need for guidance, compassionate listening or help with discernment. A spiritual director is a companion on the journey who assists us in tuning in more deeply to the heart to recognize the still, small voice of the God within. Spiritual direction is available for individuals either one time or an on-going basis, once a month. A suggested donation is $40-$50 for each one-hour session. Available by appointment only. For more information contact Christine Sanchirico, or 310.377.4868.
Do you need a facilitator?
We Have A Wide Selection of Facilitated Retreats
Our retreat facilitators can work with you to create customized programs for sacramental preparation, graduation, RCIA, parish and/or school staff days of renewal, and Labyrinth walks.
Some examples include:
First Communion: Second-grade students enjoy a day that includes a short movie, a craft, a behind the scenes tour of the chapel, and baking bread for each child to share at dinner with their family.
8th Grade Graduations, other student milestones: Faith sharing with scripture, crafts, games, reflection time in the peace of our gardens, and a closing blessing rite in our chapel.
RCIA: A day of reflection on the candidate’s journey of faith with the scripture from the Easter Vigil, with teams & sponsors.
School Faculty/Administration Retreats: Facilitators lead groups in prayer services, rituals, reflection, and sharing.
Labyrinth: A docent presents a brief history of the labyrinth as a walking prayer tool and facilitates a labyrinth walk for your group at our outdoor, 11-circuit Labyrinth Bonaventure.
