Are You Looking for Spiritual Direction?

Sometimes, we feel the need for guidance or compassionate listening to help with discernment.

To that end, a spiritual director is a companion on the journey who assists in recognizing the still, small voice of God within. Spiritual direction is the process through which a trained director can guide and listen, giving the directee an open and non-judgmental space to share what is happening in their life and faith journey, asking – and hopefully answering — the question, where is God in this? Spiritual direction is available for individuals either one time or on a recurring basis. Spiritual direction sessions may be conducted in person or remotely by Zoom. The suggested donation is $50-$100 for each one-hour session. For further information or to schedule an appointment, contact Mary & Joseph Retreat Center at 310.377.4867 x221.

Spiritual Directors serving guests of Mary & Joseph Retreat Center have completed recognized certification programs; their service reflects the compassion and hospitality of the Center.

Could You Use Life Coaching?

Sometimes we feel like aspects of our lives are not going the way we’d like, and we are unsure of what we want or how to get “there”.

A life coach is a guide, confidant, and accountability partner who encourages and assists in identifying life goals and helps create achievable steps to get there. Life coaching is available for individuals either one time or on a recurring basis. Sessions may be conducted in person or remotely by Zoom. The suggested donation is $45 for a 25-minute session or $90 for a 50-minute session; multi-session packages (discounted) are available. For further information or to schedule an appointment, contact Mary & Joseph Retreat Center at 310.377.4867 x221.
