Grateful Gatherings: Group Sessions
We hold grateful living as an engaged mindfulness practice, grounded in both wisdom and science, which supports our ability to see the wonder and opportunity in every moment, and motivates us to act boldly with love, generosity, and respect towards one another, ourselves, and the Earth.
Grateful Gatherings are an opportunity to cultivate a space where we can explore grateful living as an orientation to life. These Gatherings take place in person or on Zoom, hosted by our Certified Life Coach, Valeria Chow.

Valeria Chow, PhD is a certified Health and Life Coach through the Health Coach Institute and The Life Coach School (Tools). She is passionate about helping others discover the wisdom they already carry within—and creating sustainable, joy-filled change through habit transformation and heart-centered guidance.
Valeria draws from a rich tapestry of personal and professional experience, including international travel, ethnic dance, art, spirituality, trauma healing, and grief recovery. Her holistic, compassionate approach meets clients exactly where they are.
