8 Day Silent, Guided, Directed Retreat

This traditional, silent retreat is based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius. It provides time for spiritual reflection, solitude & prayer, inviting retreatants to be attentive to the inner movements of the Holy Spirit. Prayer focuses on scripture and one’s personal faith journey. Our schedule includes a Scripture-based conference each morning, individual direction (a daily meeting with a spiritual director), celebration of daily Eucharist, and an optional evening activity: Labyrinth walk, Video Reconciliation service, and Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. It is suggested that participants bring a journal.
