Connecting with Your Inner Wisdom through SoulCollage
May 21, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
$60Connecting with Your Inner Wisdom through SoulCollage®
Laureen Lazarovici & Victor Narro
Saturday, May 21, 2022 10:00am to 3:00pm
SoulCollage® is a gentle, intuitive, creative process that involves creating small collage cards that participants use as a powerful tool for ongoing self-reflection, self-awareness and community building. Through the use of images, symbols, and pictures from magazines and periodicals and other sources, the participants in this workshop will engage in the reflective process to create collage cards, that they can use as tools for prayer, meditation & connecting with their inner spirituality or soul wisdom. As part of the workshop, we will integrate the labyrinth of Mary & Joseph Center. We will provide the materials – magazines, scissors, glue sticks, SoulCollage®cards, etc.
Laureen and Victor are both trained as SoulCollage® Facilitators, helping participants tap into their own inner wisdom and bring their whole and authentic selves to their work, homes, families and communities. Laureen and Victor have facilitated several SoulCollage® workshops including workshops for student activists at UCLA, the Religious Education Congress, and La Casa de Maria Retreat Center. When not leading SoulCollage® workshops, Laureen is a writer and editor working with employees and physicians at the Kaiser Permanente Labor Management Partnership. Victor Narro has been involved with immigrant rights and labor issues for over 35 years. He is a Project Director for the UCLA Labor Center and Core Faculty for the UCLA Labor Studies Program and the Public Interest Law Program of UCLA Law School. Victor is also a Movement Chaplain through Faith Matters Network, and is happily married to Laureen Lazarovici. They share a lifetime commitment to social justice and activism.
