Learn basic techniques using the art of stress management through fast and easy methods to keep you balanced and relaxed. These methods will include meditation, self-acupressure, tapping, and stretches. Many of these tools have both a physical benefits such as helping with headaches as well as a mindfulness benefit to help you renew yourself. Come join us and learn how to regain balance and peace quickly through self-care.
Lucia is a Family and Human Dynamics Specialist and Diversity Training with a master’s degree in Human Development along with certification as a Social-Emotional Skills Educator. She has provided a variety of workshops on stress management throughout the South Bay including the Cancer Support Community, Torrance Memorial Medical Center, Harbor-UCLA BioMed, and Beach Cities Health District.
